What extra costs will there be during my trip?
Each trip has either a detailed breakdown of what is / is not included or you can refer to our Prices page for more information. On each course there may be unforeseen charges brought about for a number of reasons throughout the trip. Please enquire at the time of booking if you would like more detailed information on this for your trip. 

Is it possible to hire equipment for my trip? 
Yes it is possible to rent equipment from Sharpe Guides or a local rental shop for your trip. Please inform us if you need to rent any equipment at the time of booking. 

How do I book a course? 
The best way to book on to a course is to send a direct booking enquiry to info@sharpeguides.com. This will set the ball rolling to start making your perfect trip. 

What happens if the weather or conditions are bad on the course?
In the event of poor weather or conditions making a trip itinerary unfeasible to complete Sharpe Guides will work hard to provide the next best alternative in keeping with the aspirations of the trip, clients wishes and conditions on the ground. Safety is our number one priority. 

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
If you need to cancel your trip please email info@sharpeguides.com. The following charges will be incurred:

  • 50% (deposit) for notice of more than 8 weeks.

  • 75% of your trip fee when cancellation takes place less than 8 weeks but more than 2 weeks before your trip starts.

  • 100% of the trip fee for cancellation less than 2 weeks before your trip starts or if the trip has already started.
